With HYDROGEN DIALOGUE, NürnbergMesse has created a key platform for the German and international hydrogen industry. Having been based in Nuremberg to date, the event is now moving to Munich as it becomes part of ees Europe, Europe’s biggest trade fair for batteries and energy storage systems. HYDROGEN DIALOGUE already has a presence at the event this year as a special edition with a dedicated stand, panel discussion, and guided tours on specific topics. From 2026, HYDROGEN DIALOGUE will be an annual side event at the fair. To this end, HYDROGEN DIALOGUE has concluded a strategic partnership with ees Europe, part of The smarter E Europe, Europe’s largest alliance of exhibitions for the energy industry. This year’s event will take place at the Munich exhibition grounds from 7 to 9 May.
At the HYDROGEN DIALOGUE stand (Hall B2, Stand B2.663), visitors can learn about the solutions and projects driving the ramp-up of the German and international hydrogen economy. The HYDROGEN DIALOGUE stand offers decision-makers and experts from business, government and the scientific community a platform for dialogue and networking. Representatives of NürnbergMesse will also be on hand to present the concept for the future of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE.
This year, HYDROGEN DIALOGUE will also be involved in designing the Green Hydrogen Forum, the programme of presentations on hydrogen at ees Europe, by organising a panel discussion on the ‘SoutH2Corridor’. By 2030, this more than 3,300 km hydrogen piping system is set to connect electrolysis sites in North Africa with industrial users in Italy, Austria and Germany. Representatives of prestigious companies like Horváth or Snam will discuss the importance of this corridor for the defossilisation of the industry as well as other topics with Dr. Philipp Steinberg, Director General for Economic Stabilisation, Energy Security, Gas and Hydrogen Infrastructure at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The discussion ‘From the SoutH2Corridor to the Hydrogen Core Grid - Fast Lane or Detour for a Green Industry?’ will take place on 7 May from 14:15 to 15.45 at Stand B2.550 in Hall B2.
HYDROGEN DIALOGUE will be offering guided tours in English every day at ees Europe to provide insights into the robust performance of the hydrogen economy. During these tours, exhibitors like GP JOULE, Vision One Energy or SFC Energy will provide information about innovative technology and flagship projects. The tour ‘Production & Storage of Hydrogen’ will begin at 10:00 on all three days of the fair, while ‘Mobility with H2’ will be held on 7 May at 13:00 and on 9 May at 14:00. The meeting point is the HYDROGEN DIALOGUE stand (Hall B2, Stand B2.663).
