How can I adjust product groups and industries in my online profile?

On the exhibition website, product groups and industries function as filters. By assigning them in the SelfService tool, you improve the visibility of your profile – allowing potential customers to find your products and company more easily.

Your company profile is already assigned to the product groups you selected during your stand registration. Product profiles must be linked to suitable product groups when created.

You can adjust both the product groups and – where available – the industry assignment at any time in the SelfService tool.

Note: Your selection of product groups does not affect your stand placement at the exhibition. The industry filter is only available for certain exhibitions.

Step-by-step guide to customizing product groups and industries

  1. On the start page, select the tile with your new participation.
  2. This will open the corresponding online profile and allow you to start customizing it.

  1. Click the "Select product group" icon at the right side of a company profile.
  2. In the dialog window, you can adjust the product groups now. Expand the main categories and select or deselect the product groups and industries that apply.
    Note: This will not affect your booth placement at the onsite exhibition.
  3. Click "Save" to apply all changes.
