Nuremberg has always been a central transport hub in Europe. By train, by car or by aeroplane – the choice is yours. You can read how to get to the exhibition venue comfortably in each case here.

Travelling by train and public transportation
Your advantages:

Event ticket one-way with train connection (while stocks last):
1st class 84,90 Euro
2nd class 51,90 Euro
All information on the DB Event Ticket and the CityTicket can be found online here. Advance purchase is possible up to 180 days in advance. At a ticket inspection, you only need to show your exhibitor pass or visitor ticket in addition to the DB event ticket.

Your journey from the central station to the exhibition centre
By underground
From the Central Station, the U1 underground line towards Langwasser-Süd gets you to the “Messe” station in eight minutes.
You can easily call up these and all other local transport connections to the exhibition centre Nuremberg via the VGN (Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg GmbH) connections search.
You can buy your local transport ticket in advance at the VGN Online Shop or in the VGN App.
By taxi
A taxi takes you from the Central Station to the exhibition centre in approx. 20 minutes. It costs approx. EUR 19.50 per journey.
Barrier-free access by public transport and rail
You can get from the main station to the exhibition centre in about 8 minutes by underground. All underground stations are at least equipped with a lift that goes directly from platform level.

Travelling by car
From the motorways A3, A6, A9 and A73, you can access the exhibition centre directly via a well-developed network of feeder roads. Simply enter the special destination “Messe” or the address “Karl-Schönleben-Strasse, 90471 Nürnberg” in your navigation system as the destination.

Dynamic traffic and parking guidance system
In Nuremberg, a modern traffic and parking guidance system shows you the way to the exhibition centre. It responds dynamically to the current traffic situation and directs you to one of a total of 14,000 parking spaces at the exhibition centre via clear access roads.
Parking at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg
The exhibition centre Nuremberg has numerous parking spaces in multi-storey car parks and in outside car parks. Parking costs EUR 10 per day, parking tickets are available on-site.
You are coming with a caravan or camper van?You can find places for parking these nearby in a camp site.
Parking spaces for disabled people are located in close proximity to the entrances.
Tip: exhibitors can quite conveniently order parking tickets in advance in the ExhibitorShop.
E-mobility at NürnbergMesse
New service for exhibitors and visitors: electric cars can be charged in three areas of the exhibition center in future.

There are plenty of parking spaces available. Thanks to our systematically integrated parking space management system, we can respond dynamically to the respective requirements and in accordance with the situation and maintain social distancing guidelines for all parties involved.
Travelling by aeroplane
The Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg has already received the prestigious “Business Traveller Award” several times and is thus amongst the best airports in Germany. Frequent fliers value the fast processing, the short distances and the good connection to the city centre and to the exhibition centre Nuremberg.
Your journey from the airport to the exhibition centre
By public transport (journey time approx. 25 minutes)
The U2 underground line towards Röthenbach takes you directly from the terminal to Nuremberg Central Station. From there, you can then go on to the station “Messe” with the U1 underground line towards Langwasser-Süd.
Buy your local transport ticket in advance online at the VGN Online Shop or in the VGN App to avoid waiting time at the ticket machine.
By taxi
A taxi takes you from the airport to the exhibition centre in approx. 25 minutes. It costs approx. EUR 32 per journey.
By rental car
All the prominent car rental companies, such as Avis , Hertz, Europcar and Sixt, are represented at Nuremberg Airport.
Barrier-free by plane
The Albrecht Dürer Airport has had it as a major objective to enable people with disabilities to travel completely without barriers.
