About the event

HYDROGEN DIALOGUE brings together national and international decision-makers and experts from business, politics and science along the entire value chain of the hydrogen economy. The event takes place annually in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg and is based on a top-class lecture program on currently relevant topics in the field of hydrogen. Comprehensive company and project presentations from renowned companies and research institutions of the hydrogen community complement the varied program. 2. Publication on website and social media

As the event organizer we will publish your identifying details as provided above in short form (name, function, institution) in addition to your photo and short bio on our event website www.hydrogendialogue.com, and on the talque event platform, for the purpose of creating and promoting the event program. Your photo and abbreviated details may also be used on other HYDROGEN DIALOGUE communication channels, e.g. on Twitter (@H2Dialogue) and LinkedIn, and to market the event in print and online.

3. Photos and video recordings

HYDROGEN DIALOGUE is documented both on film and in photographs. The organizer takes photos both to document the event and for its in-house and external publicity activities. This includes processing and publishing pictures taken at HYDROGEN DIALOGUE in which it may be possible to identify the speakers. Publication uses the following channels: The website of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE, in-house and external publications by NürnbergMesse and H2.B, and social media (e.g. Twitter and LinkedIn).

I consent to the creation of video and photographic recordings of myself and my presentation, and to their publication in the media identified above for the purposes stated.*

4. Publication of lecture slides/lecture recordings

Following the event , the individual lectures and contributions to the discussion at HYDROGEN DIALOGUE (September 21-22, 2022) will be published for registered participants on the digital event platform of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE 2022.

The presenters hereby grant the organizer the right to make audio-visual recordings of them and their lectures, including slides or presentations, and to distribute the recordings on the Internet via the digital event platform of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE 2022 and make them publicly available.

The presenters warrant that the media presented in their lectures (such as illustrations, films, voice, music) are free from third-party rights and may be used at no cost on the digital event platform of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE 2022.

If the lectures include third-party content that is protected by copyright, the presenters will obtain the required proof of permission to use the content in their lectures and submit it upon request.

The presenters undertake to indemnify the organizer against any and all third-party claims based on an infringement of commercial property rights and/or copyright in their lectures.

This indemnity obligation also includes the obligation to fully indemnify the organizer against legal defense costs (e.g. court costs and legal fees).

I consent to the recording and publication of my lecture/contribution to the discussion at HYDROGEN DIALOGUE (September 21-22, 2022) following the event for registered participants on the digital event platform of HYDROGEN DIALOGUE 2022.

5. Attendance in Nuremberg

The HYDROGEN DIALOGUE will take place on September 21st and 22nd as a hybrid event, i.e. on site at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre and also on the digital event platform talque. We cordially invite you to present your contribution as a speaker on site and to profit from the event to network with the hydrogen community. Of course, the entire event will be carried out in compliance with the regulations regarding hygiene measures in force at the event time. After previous consultation with the organizer, speakers can also give their speeches digitally via ZOOM.

I am looking forward to appear in person as speaker at the event venue in Nuremberg.
